The High Court of Andhra Pradesh is recruiting for 300 posts including Section Officer, Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, Assistant Librarian, Librarian Grade‑II, U.D. Stenographer, Assistant, Examiner, Typist, Copyist, Data Entry Operator, Stenographer and Office Subordinate.

Selection Process

  1. Computer Based Examination (Objective type) – 80 marks, 90 minutes
  2. Skill Test (only for some posts – marks not added to final merit, only qualifying)
  3. Document Verification
  4. Final Merit List

Skill Test Posts: Senior System Officer, Computer Operator, U.D. Stenographer, Typist, Copyist, Data Entry Operator, Stenographer.

Computer Based Exam Pattern & Syllabus

The Computer-Based Examination will be for 90 minutes and consist of 80 questions for a total of 80 marks. The syllabus and marking scheme vary by post.

  • For Section Officer: General Knowledge (20 marks), Mental Ability (10 marks), Law (Civil & Criminal) (50 marks).
  • For Assistant, Examiner, Typist, etc.: General Knowledge (40 marks), Mental Ability (40 marks).
  • For Office Subordinate (10th Standard): General Knowledge (50 marks), Mental Ability (30 marks).

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • OC/EWS: 40%
  • BC: 35%
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
