Salary and Benefits
Salary:
- The selected candidates will be placed in the Level-4 of the Pay Matrix.
- The pay scale ranges from ₹19,500 to ₹62,000.

Selection Process
The selection for the Library Assistant post is made solely on the basis of examinations conducted in stages.
Stage 1: Phase-I Written Test:
- 50 Question MCQ
- UR & OBC: 50% minimum, SC & ST: 40% minimum
Stage 2: Phase-II Skill Test: Candidates who qualify in Phase-I are called for the Skill Test in a ratio of 1:15. This phase focuses on practical library management skills.
Final Merit: The final select list is prepared based on the marks obtained in both Phase-I and Phase-II.
