Desirable: Experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirement in a Govt./Public sector/Private Institutions.
Scientist-B (Non-Medical-IT/Computer Science)ME/M. Tech (Computer Science) from a recognized University OR ME/M. Tech (Computer Science)/MCA or 4 years B.E. or B. Tech or B.Sc. (Engineering) (Computer Science/IT) with Ph.D. from a recognised University in a subject related to IT/Computer Science.
Desirable: Experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirement in a Govt./Public sector/Private Institutions. (Job requirement: Regulatory New Approach Methodologies (NAM) as alternative to animals.)
Scientist- B (Non-Medical-Pharmacology)Masters from a recognised university in Pharmacy (Pharmacology) OR Pharm-D degree recognized by UGC/PCI.
Desirable: Experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences, relevant to the job requirement in a Govt./Public sector/Private Institutions. (Job requirement: pre-clinical/experimental pharmacology.)

Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026)

Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years

Maximum Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 Years

Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per government norms: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years (13 for PwBD+OBC, 15 for PwBD+SC/ST, max 56 years), Ex-Servicemen: 5 years, Central Govt. Employees: 5 years (8 for OBC, 10 for SC/ST).

  • Negative Marking: 1/3 mark deducted for wrong answers
  • Qualifying Marks: General/EWS/OBC 50%, SC/ST/PwBD 45%
